HVAC for fitness, yoga and dance studios

People working out give off far more heat and moisture than people at desks. Here's what that means for your system.

Why studios are different

  • Heat from people

A full spin class can add several times the heat of the same room used as an office. A system sized for "retail" often can't keep up.

  • Moisture

Much of that heat arrives as sweat and breath. If the system only cools air and doesn't remove moisture, the room feels clammy and mirrors fog.

  • Fresh air

Rooms full of hard-breathing people need more outdoor air, or they turn stuffy by the second class.

  • Hot yoga

We take enquiries by phone. Tell us what is happening and we will say what we would check and roughly how long a first visit takes. Serving Costa Mesa and nearby.
